Excellent place for exploring Palo Alto. Clean hotel with an excellent reception. The rooms were neat and the continental breakfast was above average! Comfy beds and helpful staff. Early check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi!

I would stay here again, loved this place. the room is luxury, the bed is large, slept really good. - the staff is accommodating. - the best thing is the location - near to the center and restaurants.

Sheets were soft and clean.
Disposable coffee cups smelled really strange. Need to clean up sink basin where it meets countertop (mold). Need to rewallpaper, or paint, mold in corners was hard to miss.

The room was clean and the bed was comfort. Shower is spacious and super clean. Free breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
The refrigerator was a bit noisy and it was irritating during the night. I got food in there so I could not turn it off. Breakfast is very basic, could have been improved.

The hotel's location is central to the Palo Alto area. The room was reasonably large and brand new. I enjoyed the bed and impeccably clean bathroom. The amenities were clean.

My sister and I stayed there because my Husband was having surgery and staying a few days in the hospital. The Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioner did turn off during the night, thus used the fan part of the unit, otherwise very good stay.
Need to check the air conditioner in room 118.
